When you visit the Site, our web host records standard server logs (such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed) to deliver and secure the Site. We do not run analytics trackers or advertising pixels on the Site. The typefaces are bundled with the Site, so browsing does not call an outside font service.
3. Ordering, payment, and delivery
Placing an order through the Site does not charge a card online— your order and details are sent to us, and payment is arranged directly with us for pickup or delivery. If we enable online card payment in the future, it would be handled by a third-party payment processor, and we would not receive or store your full card number. For delivery, the address you enter is checked against a mapping service to confirm we serve your area.

- Resend — sends your order confirmation and notifies us of new orders.
- OpenStreetMap / Nominatim — looks up your delivery address to confirm your delivery area.
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and delivery.
These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We may also disclose information to comply with the law or to protect the safety, rights, or property of Em Pá, our customers, or others.
6. Data retention and security
We keep order and customer information for as long as needed to fulfill your order, run our business, and meet our legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. 8. Children’s privacy
